河北翼辰实业集团股份有限公司（01596）8月14日披露盈利警告，预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月合并净利润约13.2百万元，较2025年同期的48.7百万元减少约35.5百万元，降幅约72.9%。
翼辰实业指出，业绩下滑主要受铁路项目工程施工进度及产品结构变化影响，导致铁路扣件系统产品销售收入下降。受此影响，报告期内集团产品毛利合计减少约42.6百万元。
董事会补充，本次盈利预告基于截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审核合并管理账目及现有资料作出的初步评估，相关数据尚未经过核数师审核或审阅，最终业绩可能有所调整。公司预计将于2026年8月公布中期业绩。
