• Scale of the buyback: The 40,000 shares represent 0.0161% of Beauty Farm’s 248.06 million issued shares (excluding treasury shares) outstanding as of 31 August 2026.
• Updated share count: Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding stood at 248.02 million, while treasury shares increased to 3.57 million. The company’s total issued share capital remains at 251.59 million shares.
• Mandate utilisation: The repurchase forms part of a mandate approved on 26 June 2026 that authorises the company to buy back up to 24.85 million shares. Cumulative buybacks under this authority now total 499,500 shares, equivalent to 0.20% of the share count when the mandate was granted.
• Post-repurchase restriction: In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Beauty Farm is subject to a moratorium on issuing, selling or transferring treasury shares until 1 October 2026.
