Alpha Integrated Real Estate Investment Trust appoints adviser for mandatory cash offer

Alpha Integrated Real Estate Investment Trust said on Jan, 12 2026 that it has appointed Asian Corporate Advisors Pte. Ltd. as the independent financial adviser to its independent directors in relation to the mandatory conditional cash offer made by Mindarie Investment Pte. Ltd. through United Overseas Bank.

The offer, first announced on Dec, 23 2025, seeks to acquire all units in the trust that are not already owned or controlled by Mindarie Investment and its concert parties. A circular containing the adviser’s opinion and the independent directors’ recommendation will be sent to unitholders within 14 days after the formal offer document is issued.

Alpha Integrated Real Estate Investment Trust, listed on the Singapore Exchange since Nov, 26 2010, holds 18 industrial properties in Singapore with total assets exceeding 1.0 billion Singapore dollars as of Sep, 30 2025. The manager advised unitholders to exercise caution when dealing in the units until they receive further guidance.
