According to data released by the National News Agency's oil price system, the average price change rate of the crude oil basket was -7.06% on October 21. In accordance with the "Petroleum Price Management Measures", domestic gasoline and diesel prices are adjusted every ten working days based on changes in international crude oil prices, with adjustments effective at midnight on the day of announcement. If the price adjustment is less than 50 yuan per ton, it will not be implemented but added to the next adjustment.
