根据公告，公司本次回购系依据2026年5月13日通过的股份回购授权。截至目前，已累计于包括香港联合交易所在内的证券交易所回购9,575.40万股H股，约占授权通过日（2026年5月13日）已发行股份总数的0.079%。公司可用于股份回购的剩余授权数量为22.83亿股。
