HATCHER GROUP LIMITED（亦辰集团，股份代号：8365）公告将于2026年2月9日举行股东周年大会，拟提呈授予董事一般及无条件回购授权，回购上限为不超过公司当日已发行股本（不含库存股份）的10%。公告显示，截至最后实际可行日期，公司已发行股份总数为198,749,440股，如上述授权获通过，董事会最多可购回19,874,944股股份。
