Chinasoft International Limited has declared a final ordinary dividend of HK$0.0466 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to the company’s announcement dated 26 March 2026. Shareholder approval will be sought at an upcoming meeting, with the specific date yet to be disclosed.

Key timetable details are as follows: the ex-dividend date is 5 June 2026, and the share register will close from 9 June 2026 to 12 June 2026.
