广合科技本次拟全球发售4,600万股，公开发售占10%。源峰基金管理、UBS AM Singapore、惠理、Eastspring、大家人寿及霸菱等12名基石投资者合共认购2,067.45万股，占发售总数44.94%。禁售承诺最后一日 2026年9月19日。
