Navitas Semiconductor Corp (NVTS) soared 17.09% in pre-market trading on Wednesday.
The surge follows the company's announcement of its collaboration with NVIDIA's MGX ecosystem to accelerate 800 VDC AI infrastructure. Navitas showcased an 800 V-to-6 V DC-DC power delivery board at COMPUTEX 2026, which eliminates the need for a traditional 48 V intermediate bus converter, aiming for higher efficiency and power density in AI data centers.
This partnership positions Navitas' GaN and SiC power technologies as key enablers for next-generation megawatt-scale AI server racks, supporting the growing power demands of AI GPUs and data center infrastructure.
