海螺水泥（00914）于2026年6月25日发布翌日披露报表。公告显示，公司当日在香港联交所场内回购H股普通股合计880,000股，占回购前已发行股本约0.0677%，每股回购价介乎每股16.82港元至17.31港元之间，合计支付价格约1,504.24万港元。完成本次回购后，公司已发行股本总数维持约12.996亿股，其中在外流通股本为约12.9872亿股，库存股份数量为88万股。
根据公告显示，公司本次根据2026年5月28日通过的购回授权实施股份回购，可回购股份总数为1.2996亿股。目前，海螺水泥已根据该授权累计回购880,000股。公司同时确认，本次回购已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法例的规定。公告由联席公司秘书虞水签署。
