IG集团控股有限公司宣布了一项关于新控股公司的提议，并提供了最新的交易情况。
该公司提议在泽西岛注册成立一家新的控股公司。其股票将继续在伦敦证券交易所上市，现有股东可按一比一的比例，将其持有的IG集团股份兑换为新控股公司的股份。
在业务架构方面，集团现有的三个区域商业部门——英国与爱尔兰、欧洲、以及亚太与中东地区——将合并为一个统一的商业业务单元。集团表示，这一新的架构将赋予集团更大的财务与战略灵活性，并能更好地反映其国际业务布局。集团在伦敦的运营与员工将不受影响，并将保持英国税务居民身份，此次重组不会导致其实际税率发生变化。
IG集团表示，在2026年第二季度，集团继续保持良好运营态势，预计全年业绩将符合市场预期。集团重申了于2026年5月19日更新的2026年业绩指引。对于2026年之后的发展，董事会仍充满信心，认为集团能够以2025年为基准，实现每年至少10%的有机总收入复合增长。
在人事任命方面，迈克尔·希利将出任IG Consumer的首席执行官，而安迪·比格斯将成为IG Securities的首席执行官。
财务数据方面，集团预计2026年上半年总收入将达到6.43亿英镑，同比增长18%。
