集团主营在香港承接地基工程，报告期内住宅项目收入约0.03亿港元，同比出现大幅下滑；非住宅项目收入为0.80亿港元，仍然是主要来源。由于公营及私营地产开发商对项目招标采取更谨慎态度，加之建筑业劳动力供应改善尚需时日，整体业务规模出现明显回落。管理层强调，随着香港基础设施及土地开发持续推进，后续在大型公共项目投标上仍有一定增长空间。
