On the evening of October 9, Jiaojian Co., Ltd. and Xiangyuan Cultural Tourism both disclosed announcements stating that the companies' actual controller, Yu Faxiang, has been investigated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC).

Specifically, both Jiaojian Co., Ltd. and Xiangyuan Cultural Tourism received notification from actual controller Yu Faxiang on the same day, who received a "Notice of Case Filing" from the CSRC on the same date. Due to suspected violations of information disclosure laws and regulations by Yu Faxiang personally, the CSRC decided to file a case against him in accordance with the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China, and other relevant laws and regulations.

Both Jiaojian Co., Ltd. and Xiangyuan Cultural Tourism stated that apart from being the companies' actual controller, Yu Faxiang does not hold any position within the companies. The companies' production and operations are proceeding normally, and the aforementioned matter will not have a significant impact on the companies' normal production and operations.
