周三盘中，国际油价直线跳水，由涨转跌。此前火爆的能源股普跌，截至发稿，Robin Energy跌超16%，休斯顿能源跌超13%，Mexco Energy跌超11%，Indonesia Energy跌超6%。消息面上，特朗普就以、伊局势发布一系列言论。
特朗普表示，伊朗面临诸多困难，此前曾提议来白宫进行谈判，如今他们已经主动联系了美国，但 “为时已晚”，他还宣称 “伊朗完全没有防御能力”。
同时，特朗普对于美国是否会对伊朗发动袭击态度模糊，称 “可能会采取行动，也可能不会” 。他质疑道，如果伊朗想要进行谈判，为何之前没有行动，伊朗本应早点谈判。
特朗普还提及，现在与一周前相比，关于伊朗会谈的形势存在巨大差异。他表示，下周将会非常重要，甚至可能不用等到一整周，但同时也表示不知道目前紧张局势还要持续多久。
