据第三方即配平台顺丰同城数据,“五一”期间其全场景业务单量同比去年增长87%,其中商超百货单量同比激增177%,饮品单量同比增长106%,药品、数码、美妆、母婴等品类同比高双位数增长,“最后一公里”配送订单同比增长102%。此外,顺丰同城针对文旅即配场景推出专属方案,个人消费者服务在潮州、大理等多个三四线城市表现突出,C端单量同比增长数倍至数十倍。
国家邮政局统计数据显示,2025年“五一”假期,全国邮政快递业累计揽投快递包裹超48亿件,同比增长超两成,创历史同期新高。国家邮政局相关负责人表示,今年“五一”假期,在国家大力提振消费、全方位扩大国内需求的背景下,邮政快递业持续加强服务供给能力建设,深化线上线下、商旅文体健等多业态融合,支持多元化消费场景创新,以行业高质量供给创造了更多的有效需求,助力加快构建新发展格局。
