Baoye Group Company Limited announced that, based on preliminary unaudited figures for the six months ended 30 June 2026, it expects a loss attributable to owners of RMB65.00 million–75.00 million. The guidance contrasts sharply with the RMB140.98 million profit recorded in the same period of 2025, implying a year-on-year swing of roughly 146%–153%.
Revenue is projected to land between RMB7.00 billion and RMB8.00 billion, representing a decline of about 5%–17% from the RMB8.50 billion posted in the first half of 2025. Management cited three primary factors behind the deterioration:
1. A contraction in construction-sector orders, weighing on the Group’s core construction business. 2. A lower gross profit margin on delivered properties within the property-development segment compared with the prior-year period. 3. Provisions for impairment losses on certain assets.
The interim results have not yet been reviewed by the audit committee or the external auditor. Finalised figures are scheduled for release on 28 August 2026. The Board advises investors and shareholders to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares.
