BJ DIGITAL (06188) announced that after the conclusion of the extraordinary general meeting, Mr. Xie Hui has resigned from his position as a non-executive director and a member of the strategic committee. His resignation will take effect from October 21, 2025. Mr. Liu Liang has been appointed as an executive director and a member of the strategic committee, effective from October 21, 2025.
