Metallurgical Corporation Of China Ltd. (MCC) has announced that, effective April 29, 2026, Mr. Wang Qi will cease to serve as the company's authorized representative in Hong Kong for receiving legal documents and notices as stipulated under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622). Mr. Yang Yonglin has been appointed to replace Mr. Wang Qi as the new document service agent.
