截至2025年9月30日止六个月，百能国际能源控股有限公司实现营收约1.26亿港元，同比减少62.8%。期内经调整净亏损约780万港元，相比去年同期亏损约1,020万港元有所收窄。本期出现约2,555万港元的一次性存货减值，导致毛利转为小幅亏损，经营活动所用现金净额也从去年同期的净流入293万港元转为本期净流出217万港元。
从成本结构看，销售费用由去年同期的约228万港元微降至约221万港元，管理费用则由去年同期的约1,102万港元显著下降至约592万港元。
业务分项
报告期内，集团买卖成品油及化工品业务营收约1.08亿港元，同比下降66.4%。公司表示国际气价波动加剧，进口与国内销售价格倒挂，影响了该板块贸易规模。同期电源及数据线业务营收略增3.4%至约1,830万港元，保持相对平稳。
在未来展望中，公司提出以“风光储”等新能源业务为第二增长曲线，计划在电力、储能等相关领域积极布局，同时继续关注天然气市场回归理性后的机会。
