As a key project for realizing the high-quality development of Fengtai's Hexi area, the first phase of the Innovation Center at Beijing Garden Expo Digital Economy Industrial Park has commenced operations. On January 20, it was learned that the Innovation Center has already attracted registrations from over 30 high-quality digital economy enterprises and has reserved several leading industrial cluster driving companies.

The Innovation Center is adjacent to the 458-hectare Beijing Garden Expo Park and the winding Yongding River, with a total floor area of approximately 140,000 square meters. It comprises 8 modern buildings, including 6 individual corporate headquarters buildings, each ranging from 10,000 to 19,000 square meters in area, and is supported by one 420-square-meter commercial building and one 2,400-square-meter shared office building.

The Innovation Center serves as the pilot launch project for the Garden Expo Digital Economy Industrial Park and is included in Beijing's "Three 100" key projects and Fengtai District's key project plan. Designed according to the "Three-Star Green Building Label" standards, it integrates technologies for comprehensive energy utilization, ecological environment, and water treatment to create a "Zero-Carbon Park."

"This is the inaugural project of Beijing's first industrial cluster area with a core focus on the digital economy, and it is the industrial driving core of Fengtai District's Garden Expo Science and Technology Bay Area. It carries the critical mission of linking technological innovation with ecological and humanistic elements, and driving regional high-quality development within Beijing's 'Two Parks, One River' strategy," a relevant person in charge stated. The Innovation Center is focused on building two 100-billion-yuan level industrial clusters in technology services and information services, with a key emphasis on three distinctive industries: aerospace information, intelligent medical engineering, and industrial intelligence, striving to build a "2+3" modern industrial system.
