北京控股有限公司（00392）7月15日在港交所发布海外监管公告称，计划于中国境内面向专业投资者公开发行“2026年科技创新公司债券（第一期）”，并在上海证券交易所上市，发行规模不超过人民币10亿元。债券设置两个品种：品种一期限为5年，品种二期限为10年；票面利率将由公司与主承销商根据簿记建档结果协商确定。
