According to preliminary internal statistics, BII TRANS TECH (01522) announced that for the 12-month period ended December 31, 2025, the Group's cumulative value of newly signed and won projects amounted to approximately RMB 1.88 billion. In terms of market expansion, the Group achieved positive progress in both domestic and international markets during the fourth quarter of 2025. In the domestic market, the Group advanced simultaneously in regional layout and business model innovation: it entered the Shijiazhuang, Hebei market for the first time, successfully winning bids for projects including the Metro Line 6 Ground PIS System, with a total contract value of approximately RMB 25.29 million; it signed the Beijing Integrated Intelligent Network Services project, valued at around RMB 56.52 million, marking an innovative breakthrough in its civilian communications business model; furthermore, its commercial cryptography application security assessment services were deployed in six new domestic regions, achieving scaled expansion and systematic layout. In overseas markets, the Group further broadened its business coverage: it entered the Moroccan market for the first time, signing a project for the Onboard PIS System of Moroccan Electric Multiple Units, valued at approximately RMB 17.89 million; it continued to deepen its presence in the Brazilian market, winning a bid for the Onboard PIS System of Brazilian Electric Multiple Units, valued at about RMB 59.29 million, steadily expanding its business footprint in the South American market. Regarding project implementation, the Group steadily progressed key engineering constructions, playing a vital role in ensuring the development of projects such as the Dongguan Metro Line 1, Chengdu Metro Line 13, Chengdu Metro Line 30, and Beijing Metro Line 18, all of which commenced operation in the fourth quarter of 2025. For instance, in the Beijing Metro Line 18 project, the Group was responsible for the integrated implementation of multiple systems, including communications, automatic fare collection, onboard PIS, and access control for the entire line, strongly supporting the high-standard construction of the capital's rail transit system. Additionally, the Beijing Tongzhou Station within the Beijing Sub-Center Comprehensive Transportation Hub, a project the Group participated in constructing, commenced operation during the same period, with the gas fire-extinguishing system and FAS system delivered successfully, further consolidating the Group's professional expertise in rail transit and large-scale comprehensive transportation hub construction. In technological innovation, the Group was awarded the "ITSS Information Technology Service Operation and Maintenance Standard Conformance Level 2 Certificate," signifying that its service capabilities in the operation and maintenance field have received authoritative recognition.
