2025财年上半年，EC Healthcare实现收入19.31亿港元，同比下降6.4%。经调整净利润（息税折旧及摊销前之盈利）为1.72亿港元，同比下降30.7%。销售及营销开支约为0.83亿港元，占收入比重4.0%，较上年同期有所减少。行政及其他开支约为1.29亿港元，同比小幅上升1.9%。整体成本结构中，受前线人员配置优化与采购管理加强等影响，相关费用率保持平稳。
业务分项
医疗服务分部收入为10.84亿港元，同比下降14.2%，主要受到宏观消费疲软及处置部分医疗业务带来的基数差异所影响。美学医疗以及美容及养生分部实现收入6.76亿港元，同比增长7.3%，得益于此前收购的美学相关业务整合和消费需求回暖。兽医及其他服务分部收入1.71亿港元，同比增长1.2%，其中兽医服务在门店扩张下稳步提升。
