根据公告，2026年2月19日于伦敦证券交易所购回378,388股普通股，占购回前已发行股本约0.014908%，每股价格介于GBP 11.08至GBP 11.26，总金额约GBP 4,221,798.26。另据披露，2026年2月17日已购回并于2月19日注销249,043股普通股，每股购回价为GBP 10.9828，变动后公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）减少至2,537,830,270股。
