Fufeng Group Executes Fresh Share Buyback; Cumulative Repurchases Reach 0.02% of Outstanding Shares

Fufeng Group Limited disclosed in its Next Day Disclosure Return (dated 13 July 2026) that it repurchased 40,000 ordinary shares on 13 July 2026 via on-market transactions at prices ranging between HKD 4.69 and HKD 4.73, for a total consideration of HKD 0.19 million. The average purchase price was approximately HKD 4.71 per share.

Including this latest transaction, Fufeng has bought back 529,000 shares since 18 June 2026 under the current mandate approved on 29 May 2026. The cumulative volume represents 0.0211 % of the 2.51 billion issued shares outstanding on the mandate date, leaving authority to repurchase up to a further 250.21 million shares.

All 529,000 repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation and are awaiting formal reduction of share capital. As at 13 July 2026, Fufeng’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 2.51 billion shares, with no treasury shares held.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Fufeng is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares for 30 days following the latest buyback, extending through 12 August 2026.
