Lygend Resources & Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Lygend Resources) reported no changes in its share structure for the month ended 31 August 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 3 September 2026.

The company’s issued share capital remained at 1.56 billion shares, comprising 550.69 million H shares listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and 1.01 billion unlisted domestic shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.00. No additional shares were issued, repurchased, or cancelled during the period, leaving treasury shares at zero.

Lygend Resources confirmed that it continues to satisfy the minimum public-float threshold set at its listing, with at least 15.31% of its H-share class held by public investors. The company also stated that there were no outstanding share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other arrangements that could dilute its equity base.

Management affirmed full compliance with all applicable listing rules, regulatory obligations, and corporate governance requirements for the month under review.
