2026年10月5日，AUTO ITALIA HOLDINGS LIMITED 意達利控股有限公司（“意达利控股”，股份代号：00720）发布截至2026年9月30日止月份的证券变动月报表。公告显示，公司法定股本维持在175亿股普通股，每股面值为0.02港元，总额为3.50亿港元。
本月已发行股份（不含库存股份）数量为6,142,515,390股，与上月底持平。公告期间内，公司未进行新股发行、购回或注销，也无库藏股相关变动。截至9月底，公司继续符合联交所相关上市规则规定的最低公众持股量要求。
此前经普通授权发行的可换股债券规模维持在9800万港元，转换价为每股0.34港元。报告期内并无可换股债券的转股事项，但若全部转换，可发行总计288,235,294股。
