Mobicon Releases 2025/26 Annual Report and Shifts to Full E-Communication for Shareholders

Mobicon Group Limited announced that its 2025/26 Annual Report, accompanying circular, notice of annual general meeting (AGM) and proxy form are now available in both English and Chinese on the websites of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company (http://www.mobicon.com). Printed copies will be dispatched free of charge upon request.

In line with the Stock Exchange’s paper-less listing regime that took effect on 31 December 2023 (Main Board Listing Rule 2.07), Mobicon has formally adopted an electronic-only model for all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, AGM notices, circulars and proxy forms. Shareholders are encouraged to register functional email addresses by scanning the personalised QR code on the distributed reply form or by returning the completed form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

Key operational details:

• Delivery format: Future corporate documents will be provided exclusively via the company’s and HKEX’s websites unless a shareholder specifically requests printed copies.

• Registration process: Shareholders who supply a valid email address will receive electronic notifications when new documents are published. If no email address is provided, investors must proactively check the designated websites; interim and annual actionable communications will still be mailed in hard copy.

• Opt-in for print: Investors preferring physical documents may submit a written request or return the reply form, but this print-delivery instruction remains effective for one year from receipt.

• Support: Enquiries can be directed to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at +852 2862 8688 during business hours.

The board, chaired by Hung Kim Fung, Measure, underscored that the transition to electronic dissemination will streamline communications and align the company with market-wide sustainability and efficiency initiatives.
