BONNY HLDG (01906) Flags FY2025 Net Loss of RMB52.00–58.00 Million on Revenue Decline and Property Impairment

Bonny International Holding Limited (BONNY HLDG, 01906) issued a profit warning, projecting a consolidated net loss attributable to shareholders of between RMB52.00 million and RMB58.00 million for the year ended 31 December 2025. This compares with a RMB16.70 million loss recorded in FY2024, signalling a year-on-year deterioration of roughly 2.5–3.5 times.

Management attributes the wider deficit to two principal factors:

1. Revenue contraction: Group turnover for FY2025 is expected to fall by more than 10% from the FY2024 level of RMB266.70 million, eroding gross profit amid a challenging domestic and international economic backdrop.

2. Property impairment: Investment properties in Yiwu, Zhejiang, incurred an estimated fair-value impairment of about RMB51.80 million, driven by increased supply and intensified competition in the local factory leasing market.

The figures are based on unaudited management accounts and may be adjusted upon completion of the audit. BONNY HLDG plans to release its full FY2025 results by 27 March 2026.
