World Houseware (Holdings) Limited (Stock Code: 713) released supplemental information related to its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2024, published on 30 April 2025. The announcement revisits data on share option schemes, including revised figures on options granted, exercised, or forfeited during the reporting period.

According to the supplemental information, a total of 5,590,000 share options were granted during the year ended 31 December 2024, representing approximately 0.71% of the weighted average number of issued ordinary shares. No share options were exercised, cancelled, or lapsed in that period, leaving 46,890,000 options outstanding as of 31 December 2024. The announcement further indicates that 79,211,742 shares remain available for issue under existing share option schemes, equivalent to about 10% of the Company’s total issued shares (792,117,421 shares) as of 27 March 2025.

The Remuneration Committee confirmed that performance targets and clawback mechanisms were not imposed for the 19 November 2024 grant, citing existing provisions that already account for the lapse and cancellation of options. Under the share option scheme adopted on 13 June 2024, vesting periods for new grants are no shorter than 12 months. The supplemental information does not affect other content in the Company’s 2024 Annual Report, and all remaining information in that report remains unchanged.
