C&D International declares HKD 0.90 final dividend for FY 2025; scrip option offered

C&D International Investment Group Limited announced a final ordinary dividend of HKD 0.90 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The distribution, unveiled on 25 March 2026, remains subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting scheduled for 27 May 2026. Cash is the default settlement method, while investors may elect to receive shares under a scrip alternative.
