山西省安装集团股份有限公司(02520)于6月26日更新了截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息派发方案，宣派普通股息每股0.02038元人民币（即每10股0.2038元人民币），按1人民币兑1.1498港元的汇率折算，相当于每股0.02343港元。
本次派息的除净日为2026年7月2日，为符合获派股息资格而递交股份过户文件的最后时限为7月3日下午4时30分。公司将于7月6日至7月13日暂停办理股份过户登记，以2026年7月13日为记录日期，凡于当日名列股东名册的股东均可获派股息。股息派发日定于2026年8月20日。
公告亦披露了代扣所得税安排。非居民企业（包括以香港中央结算（代理人）有限公司等名义登记的H股股东）适用10%的税率；通过沪港通或深港通投资的内地个人投资者及证券投资基金，税率均为20%；对于非个人居民股东，根据其所在国与中国税收协定的不同，代扣税税率在10%至20%之间，部分情形可申请退税。
此次派息方案已于2026年6月26日获股东批准，本次公告主要更新了最终派息金额及汇率。
