SenseTime Group Inc. (SENSETIME-W) filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 August 2026, showing no change in either authorised or issued share capital.

Authorised Share Capital • Class B WVR ordinary shares remain at 1,992.00 billion shares with a par value of USD 0.000000025, equivalent to USD 49,800. • Class A WVR ordinary shares are unchanged at 8.00 billion shares with the same par value, equivalent to USD 200. • Total authorised capital therefore stays at USD 50,000.
