Zhejiang Expressway Co., Ltd (00576) announced that, as of February 28, 2026, its total authorized share capital remained at RMB 6.04 billion. This encompasses 2.02 billion H shares and 4.01 billion domestic shares, both with a par value of RMB 1.
No changes in the number of H shares or domestic shares were reported during the month. The total issued H shares stood at 2.02 billion, while the total issued domestic shares reached 4.01 billion.
It was also confirmed that the 25% public float threshold has been maintained for H shares, with no treasury shares in issue.
