DAIDO GROUP (00544) announced that on December 31, 2025 (during the trading session and immediately following the company's announcement on the same day regarding the completion of a subscription matter), the company, pursuant to its share option plan conditionally approved and adopted on May 30, 2025, granted a total of 2.9011 million share options to one executive director and eight employees of the group, with the exact number subject to acceptance by the grantees. These options confer upon the grantees the right to subscribe for an aggregate of 2.9011 million new shares in the company's share capital, each with a par value of HK$0.10.
