帝国科技集团有限公司于2026年9月2日公布翌日披露报表，根据此前于2026年7月29日刊发的供股章程及2026年9月1日的相关公告，公司通过供股发行223,945,850股新股，发行价格为每股0.19港元，此次增发股份数量占发行前公司已发行股本的约50%，总募资金额约为4,254.97万港元。
本次发行完成后，公司已发行股本由447,891,700股增至671,837,550股，库藏股数为零。董事会确认，该次供股发行已获得正式授权并已遵守上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。公告由公司秘书叶家麒签署。
