截至2025年9月30日止九个月，粤海置地控股有限公司实现营收67.28亿港元，同比上升66.4%。同期，经调整净利润为-0.16亿港元，同比降幅约91.5%。本期毛利2.40亿港元，较去年同期显著增加，毛利率由上年同期的约5.39%提升至约35.6%。
管理层指出，收入增长主要得益于已交付物业的总楼面面积同比提升，尤其是广州市粤海云港城等项目的较高毛利率所带动。同时，受房地产市场环境影响，公司计提了约10.97亿港元的存货减值拨备，对亏损情况产生影响。
业务分项
公司主营业务为在粤港澳大湾区多城市的房产开发与销售。报告期内，广州、惠州、佛山等项目交付量进一步提升，带动整体营收增长。从已签约与已交付楼面面积来看，本期累计签约约16.8万平方米，累计交付约21.4万平方米，其中广州市粤海云港城在售楼面面积继续推进，佛山、珠海及中山等地项目也贡献了交付增量。
