Sunshine Insurance Announces New Joint Company Secretary and Authorised Representative

Sunshine Insurance (06963) has announced a leadership adjustment in its corporate governance roles, effective August 28, 2026.
Due to work arrangement changes, Mr. Shu Gaoyong will step down from his positions as Joint Company Secretary and Authorised Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules on the aforementioned date.
Concurrently, Mr. Dong Yingqiu has been appointed as the new Joint Company Secretary and Authorised Representative, joining the company's current Joint Company Secretary, Mr. Liu Guoxian, to jointly handle corporate secretarial duties.
