REPUBLIC HC（08357）公告称，其间接全资子公司生命方舟（深圳）科技有限公司与深圳市悦美创新科技发展有限公司已于2026年5月31日签署终止协议，自同日生效，提前解除原定2025年7月1日生效、位于深圳市南山区招商前海国际中心11楼的办公物业租赁合同。该物业建筑面积约1,185平方英尺。 根据终止协议，租赁保证金人民币37.24万元被业主没收，双方无需支付其他赔偿或罚款。截止终止日，租赁相关剩余负债约146.93万新元，而对应的使用权资产账面值约144.53万新元。 公司表示，此举属于集团运营调整与成本优化措施的一部分。集团计划把部分办公职能整合至同一大厦31楼的现有物业，以提高资源利用率并降低租金开支。董事会预计，终止该租赁不会对集团业务运营造成重大不利影响。 按照香港联交所GEM上市规则，终止租赁构成须予披露交易，因相关适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，仅需履行公告及申报义务，毋须股东批准。
