Tiong Woon Corporation Holding Ltd. announced the completion of the members’ voluntary liquidation of its dormant wholly owned subsidiary, Tiong Woon Teck Aik Enterprise Pte. Ltd., which was fully wound up on Jul, 16 2025.
The company said the liquidation is not expected to have any material impact on its net tangible assets or earnings per share for the financial year ending Jun, 30 2026.
