Shandong International Trust Co., Ltd. (SDITC) reported that employees have elected Mr. Guo Hongtao, 44, as the employee representative director for the company’s fourth Board session at a meeting held on 17 August 2026. His directorship is subject to approval by the local office of the National Financial Regulatory Administration (NFRA).

Mr. Guo—holder of a master’s degree in business administration from Shandong University of Finance and Economics—currently serves as a party committee member, chairman of the labour union, director of the asset disposal centre and general manager of asset disposal division I at SDITC. His professional background spans more than 20 years in the economic and financial sectors. Career milestones include roles at Shandong Luxin Investment Group and several of its affiliates (July 2006–February 2014), Ping An Bank (February 2014–December 2017) and Shandong Financial Asset Management (December 2017–May 2026), where he rose to assistant general manager. He also held board-level positions at Fullgoal Fund Management (January–November 2023) and Weifang Luzhong Financial Asset Operation and Management (April 2025–May 2026).

Upon NFRA approval, Mr. Guo’s term will run until the conclusion of the current fourth Board session. His remuneration will align with SDITC’s internal policies and be disclosed in future annual reports.

The Board also plans to appoint Mr. Guo to the Trust and Consumer Rights Protection Committee once his directorship is confirmed, with Mr. Chen Ping ceasing committee duties at that time. Until regulatory approval is obtained, Mr. Chen Ping will continue to serve on the committee.
