Powerwin Tech Group Limited will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 16 June 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at 23/F, Lee Garden One, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.

Key resolutions scheduled for shareholder approval include:

1. Financial Statements • Adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements and the Directors’ and auditor’s reports for the year ended 31 December 2025.

2. Board Composition and Remuneration • Re-election of Ms. Yu Lu as Executive Director and Ms. Zhao Yan as Independent Non-executive Director. • Authorisation for the board to determine Directors’ remuneration.

3. Auditor • Re-appointment of KPMG as external auditor until the conclusion of the next AGM and authorisation for the board to fix its remuneration for the year ending 31 December 2026.

4.
