雄岸科技（01647）于7月30日披露公告，计划在股东周年大会上向董事会授予购回公司最多10%已发行股本的授权，最高可购回约119,504,000股。在该授权下，如大会通过，董事会将可于下一届股东周年大会结束前，视市况情况灵活对公司股份进行购回。
公司现有已发行股份约1,195,040,000股，若10%购回授权生效，购回所需资金将依法从公司内部资源拨付，并遵守开曼群岛公司法及香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则等相关规定。董事会表示，此举旨在提升股东回报及优化资本结构，认为符合公司及股东的最佳利益。
根据公告，雄岸科技最近十二个月的股价最高为每股0.148港元，最低为0.043港元。公司提醒股东注意，股东周年大会计划于2026年9月21日举行，股份过户登记暂定自2026年9月16日至9月21日（含首尾两日）期间暂停办理，股东应及时关注会议时间及过户安排。另据公告，若该购回计划获得批淮，公司可将已回购股份备用作库存股份或予以注销。董事会重申，将在评估公司财务状况、资金需求及市场环境后谨慎决定是否及何时执行购回。该安排仍需股东大会批准后方可正式生效。
