美的集团股份有限公司（00300）7月3日公告，截至2026年6月30日，公司通过回购专用证券账户以集中竞价交易方式累计回购A股68,679,031股，占当前总股本的0.90%。本次回购最高成交价为85.84元/股，最低成交价为75.31元/股，已支付资金约54.76亿元（不含交易费用）。
依据公司2026年3月30日董事会审议通过的《以集中竞价方式回购公司A股股份方案》，美的集团拟在自方案审议通过之日起12个月内，按不高于100元/股的价格回购公司A股，资金总额不超过130亿元且不低于65亿元。4月29日，公司将回购股份用途由“实施股权激励计划及/或员工持股计划”变更为“依法注销减少注册资本”，该变更已获6月5日召开的2025年度股东会批准。
公司表示，将在回购期限内根据市场情况择机继续实施回购，并按照相关法规及回购进展情况及时履行信息披露义务。
