Inkeverse Group Limited (03700) released its monthly return for the period ended 28 February 2026. The total authorized share capital of 50.00 billion ordinary shares, each with a par value of US$0.001, remained unchanged at US$50.00 million. The number of issued shares, excluding treasury shares, stayed at 1.94 billion shares, with no new shares issued or canceled.
The applicable public float requirement of 25.00% was confirmed as satisfied. Under its share option scheme adopted on 23 June 2018, there were 60.00 million outstanding share options granted on 28 May 2021 at an exercise price of HK$3.90, with no new issuance through option exercises during the month.
