TVB (00511) has announced that the group expects to achieve EBITDA exceeding HKD 350 million for the 2025 fiscal year, compared to an EBITDA of HKD 295 million in the 2024 fiscal year. The company also forecasts an attributable profit to shareholders of over HKD 50 million for the current year, a significant turnaround from an attributable loss of HKD 491 million in the 2024 fiscal year. Consequently, the group anticipates achieving earnings per share of at least HKD 0.11 for the 2025 fiscal year, compared to a loss per share of HKD 1.09 in the 2024 fiscal year.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, the group maintained its leading audience share for its terrestrial free-to-air TV channels in Hong Kong. Its flagship channel, Jade Channel, the 24-hour TVB News Channel, and other channels collectively achieved an 81% market share. Benefiting from advertising and sponsorship revenue generated by the highly anticipated drama "The Queen of News 2," which premiered in November 2025, the group's advertising revenue for its Hong Kong terrestrial free-to-air channels continued to show year-on-year growth during the quarter. As a result, the group's full-year advertising revenue for 2025 increased by a double-digit percentage compared to 2024.

Simultaneously, within its digital media business, digital advertising revenue continued to deliver strong double-digit percentage growth during the quarter, driven by clients purchasing more advertising packages for the myTV SUPER streaming service and other digital assets. During the quarter, the average monthly active viewership across all service tiers of the myTV SUPER streaming service remained at approximately 1.9 million. The group's other digital assets, including social media accounts and mobile applications, continued to experience robust double-digit percentage growth in followers and subscribers.
