Hanfort Development Holdings Limited issued a shareholder notice on 29 April 2026 confirming that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report are now available on both the company’s website (www.hanfort.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board strongly encourages shareholders to access the online versions to streamline communication. Investors who previously elected to receive hard-copy documents will find the printed annual report enclosed with the notice.

Shareholders experiencing difficulty with email notifications or online access can request printed copies of the current and all future corporate communications free of charge. To do so, they must complete the enclosed Reply Form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label provided or via email at is-ecom@vistra.com.

The company highlights that maintaining a valid email address on record is each registered shareholder’s responsibility. Until a functional email address is supplied, the company will dispatch notices of publication and any actionable corporate communications in printed form only.
