Broncus Announces 27 August Board Meeting to Approve 1H 2026 Interim Results

Broncus Holding Corporation will convene its board of directors on 27 August 2026 to review and approve the unaudited interim financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The session will also authorize the subsequent publication of the half-year figures.
The board currently comprises one executive director (Chairman Xu Hong), two non-executive directors (Ao Zhang and Yanhong Kuang), and three independent non-executive directors (Dr. Pok Man Kam, Yee Sin Wong and Dr. David Scott Lim). The meeting’s outcome will determine the timing and content of the official interim results announcement to shareholders and the market.
