PAGODA GP Repurchases 7.11 Million H-Shares in April, Issued Share Base Falls to 1.99 Billion

Shenzhen Pagoda Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd. (PAGODA GP) disclosed its Monthly Return for April 2026, highlighting a sizeable share-buyback program that reduced its outstanding H-shares and lifted treasury share holdings.

• Share repurchases: PAGODA GP bought back 7.11 million H-shares on the Hong Kong market between 2 April and 17 April 2026. Transaction prices ranged from HKD 1.6703 to HKD 1.8771, implying a weighted-average repurchase cost of approximately HKD 1.85 per share. Aggregate cash outflow for the month’s repurchases amounted to about HKD 13.13 million.

• Impact on share base: The repurchase activity lowered the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) to 1.99 billion from 2.00 billion at end-March, while treasury shares increased to 10.18 million from 3.08 million.

• Registered capital unchanged: The company’s registered share capital remained at RMB 2.00 billion, comprising 2.00 billion ordinary H-shares with a par value of RMB 1 each.

• Public float intact: PAGODA GP confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as of 30 April 2026.

• No other equity movements: The firm reported no activity under share option schemes, warrants, convertible securities, or other share issuance arrangements during the month.

The April buyback follows the 5 June 2025 shareholder approval for share repurchases and underscores the company’s ongoing capital-management strategy.
