Geekplus-W Executes HKD 0.75 Million Share Buyback, Treasury Stock Rises to 51.98 Million Shares

Beijing Geekplus Technology Co., Ltd. (Geekplus-W) disclosed that on 30 September 2026 it repurchased 100,000 Type B WVR ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at a fixed price of HKD 7.50 per share, amounting to HKD 0.75 million.

The transaction represents approximately 0.01% of Geekplus-W’s outstanding share base prior to the buyback. All repurchased shares were retained as treasury shares; none were cancelled.

Post-repurchase, the company’s capital structure is as follows: • Issued shares (excluding treasury): 972.17 million • Treasury shares: 51.98 million • Total issued shares: 1.02 billion

The buyback was conducted under the repurchase mandate approved on 26 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 102.42 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 51.98 million shares, equivalent to 5.08% of the issued shares on the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing regulations, Geekplus-W is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 30 October 2026.
